Check out these great sites!
AudioKarma.org
This has to be the absolute best place to visit if you have an interest in vintage audio or video equipment! Our group has grown to over 2000 members, and we all share our photos and experiences with HI-FI and television. Lots of info here. It's well worth becoming a member of this site.
Vic's Bewitched Page
One of the best things about having a vintage television is watching a vintage TV show. Bewitched with Elizabeth Montgomery has been my favorite since I was a kid. Vic's Bewitched Page is a site dedicated to this American classic show. Victor's site has loads of photos, info about the show and cast, and original advertisements. It's a fun site, and Vic has done a great job putting it together. Make sure to check this out!
Television History- The First 75 Years
A great site covering the history of TV. Goes all the way back to the days of when TV was experimental. Covers everything from the very beginning to modern day television. Lots of photos and facts.
Steve Dichter's Vintage Color TV Collection
Steve is one of the small handful of proud owners of RCA's CT-100, their FIRST color television to be put on the market in 1954. He has some wonderful photos of the set and with it operating. The on-screen shots of Steve's 15" set are amazing, especially considering that the color technology being used is now 50 years old! He also has a rare 1954 Capehart 19" CXC-12 color set, and a beautiful RCA CTC-5 "Wingate" in maple.
